Dr. Dewan graduated in 2007 from Sindh Medical college, Pakistan. After completing his medical internship, he moved to Australia for specialist medical training.
He has completed Masters in Population health from University of Wollongong and Diploma in Child health from University of Sydney. He completed his General Practice Fellowship training (FRACGP) in Tasmania.
Since 2014, he has spent 8 years working in different hospitals and medical practices in Queensland and Tasmania. He enjoys all aspects of general practice. His special interests are chronic disease management, preventive health, mental health, child health, Indigenous health and skin cancer medicine and surgery.
When not working he enjoy spending time with his wife and two kids.
